Matthew Hickey, Gordon Moody CEO, will be speaking at the SBC Summit Barcelona 2022 on Wednesday 21st September.
Matthew will be part of a panel speaking in the Player Protection Symposium and will be joined by Shelley White, CEO of the Responsible Gaming Council; Warren Russell, Founder and CEO of W2; and moderator Matt Smith, Head of External Affairs of Betknowmore.

The panel will be discussing affordability in a new era and will be discussing the questions:
- As the cost of living rises and economic hardship increases following the pandemic – is it time for operators to evolve the way they engage with affordability checks.
- How can the affordability retain effectiveness whilst also not being too intrusive, as we head deeper into a digital age?
